'Anbernic,' the China-based consumer electronic company focusing on handheld gaming devices, debuted its newest handheld for 2022, the 'Anbernic RG552.' The RG552 is a handheld with a landscape orientation and controllers built onto the left and right sides of the screen, similar to the Nintendo Switch Lite or the PlayStation Vita.
The RG552, though, does not come with its own library of games. Instead, Anbnernic designed the device around playing Android games, installing retro console emulators, and running game streaming services. This device has an intuitive button layout with an ergonomic design that allows for users to enjoy every type of game from a SNES to a PlayStation 2 title.
Anbernic includes 16gb of internal storage with the device with an option to add an additional 64gb in the form of an SD card. However, customers can purchase their own SD cards to upgrade the storage much further.
