Altitude Athletic is Canada's First Publicly Accessible Altitude Training Gym

Altitude Athletic is a cutting-edge altitude training facility in downtown Toronto that will soon open as Canada's first publicly accessible altitude training gym and the largest of its kind in the world. The gym is set to be a new destination for people to put their endurance to the test without having to leave the confines of the city.

Members will train within a reduced oxygen room to improve their V02 max, which is an essential part of preparing for to reach a tall mountain summit.

Some of the classes offered at Altitude Athletic include Altitude Spin for a next-level indoor cycling experience, Altitude Spin Endurance, which simulates what it feels like to be at 9,000 feet, as well as Altitude Run and Climber Conditioning.
