Homemade All-Purpose Cleaners

Wellness Mama's Recipe is Said to Work Better Than Store Products

Wellness Mama is run by Katie, an incredibly active mother of six children who makes it her goal to pave a healthier lifestyle for a generation that's often considered to face higher rates of health issues -- with one of her more recent products including an all-purpose cleaner that can easily be made at home.

For a DIY project that Wellness Mama claims takes just 30 seconds to complete, those looking for an efficient, eco-friendly and totally safe product just need four ingredients: borax, washing soda, castille soap and essential oils, with the latter able to be mixed and matched to one's liking.

Once adding the borax and castille soap to a glass spray bottle, two cups of warm water are combined with it. After mixing these components together, the essential oils are added and the all-purpose cleaner is ready to disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, toys and much more.
