St. Peter's Without brand of alcohol-free beers was launched in 2016 with products like Without Gold and Without Original, well ahead of the interest in low- and no-alcohol drinks that now seems to just be getting started. Inspired by this movement, St. Peter's refreshed the recipe for its products, including Without Elderberry & Raspberry, which was introduced just last year.
Although the overall taste is said to remain the same, St. Peter's tweaked the recipe to offer a more hop-forward profile that reflects consumer preferences for full-bodied IPAs. The result is a refreshing, zero-alcohol beer with hoppy flavors that have the potential to reach a much wider range of consumers, especially if they like craft beer.
