World-famous rockers Radiohead are celebrating the physical release of 'A Moon Shaped Pool' with a series of special album release parties in record stores around the world. Although fans are unlikely to catch a glimpse of the musicians themselves, there will be plenty of opportunities to score exclusive merchandise.
The album release parties will take place on Friday, June 17th at record stores around the world. On this day, stores will play curated playlists by the band, as well as live music from Radiohead's most recent tour. In addition to the musical component. The band will also be celebrating the album release with exclusive merchandise, such as screen prints and claymation figurines. Fans will even be able to take home an 'Inconsequential Pamphlet' that details Stanley Donwood's experience creating the band's new cover art.
