For the launch of its newest Focus model, Ford set up a large-scale AI installation in London that is designed to engage people passing by.
The artificial intelligence installation takes the form of a sprawling 30-meter structure that spells out "FOCUS" with 540 LED video tiles. People are able to interact with the machine by telling it a passion of theirs and in response, the system will display an image of the person alongside images of their favorite subject. For the most personalized results possible, Ford also gives guests the options to share their camera roll or social feeds.
Impressively, the artificial intelligence system boasts the ability to pick up four different languages, which took about 200 hours of training.
