Overall, the design of the Aeon Rocket pendant light is minimalist. The clean lines and contemporary aesthetic makes it perfect for just about any living or office space. Yet there is a lot more going on that the Aeon Rocket's sleek surface would have people believe. Its underbelly is full of a deceptively pleated detail that is revealed to be much more when view directly from below instead of from the side.
Designed by Morten Voss for the manufacturer Lightyears, the Aeon Rocket pendant light is made out of metal and polypropylene, combining the two to take full advantage of their luminous qualities. The bottom portion boasts a gauzy concentric pattern that is anchored by the aluminum top. The Aeon Rocket is available in two sizes.
