Although many foodies feel frustrated that they're not able to enjoy their favorite restaurants exactly as before, socially distanced dining has challenged businesses to get creative and Adventure Dinner offers a unique experience. Based in Windsor, Vermont, Adventure Dinner creates custom playlists, shares secret locations for curbside pickup and shares a group experience via Zoom.
Earlier this summer, Adventure Dinner hosted a Tokyo Olympics event that led people to a hemlock maze and a secret location in a Japanese garden. Naturally, the menu took the form of a three-course Japanese-inspired feast and diners were united by a private dinner Zoom page so that they could make the most of an "opening ceremony" and a small private dinner party with the other diners also on the culinary adventure.
