The ‘Cadillac of Reservations’ Adds Restaurants Across the U.S.

Cadillac is expanding its exclusive ‘Cadillac of Reservations’ dining experience to include premier restaurants in Los Angeles, Miami, and San Francisco, following the successful debut at COQODAQ in New York City earlier this year. This limited-time initiative offers guests the rare opportunity to enjoy fine dining from within the luxurious interior of the all-electric 'Cadillac ESCALADE IQ,' merging innovative automotive design with elevated culinary artistry.

The 2025 experience begins with La Dolce Vita in Los Angeles from April 24–26, followed by COTE in Miami in early summer and State Bird Provisions in San Francisco in late summer. Each activation features three nightly seating for parties of two.

Guests will dine in the ESCALADE IQ’s available "Executive Second Row, which features stowable tray tables, heated and ventilated massage seats, and a 40-speaker AKG Studio Reference sound system for a refined, immersive atmosphere."
