The Peyton Fulford Abandoned Love Series is Based on E-messages

The artistic Abandoned Love series by Peyton Fulford is inspired by messages sent to the digital artist online. The project is participatory as Fulford asked for the submission of private thoughts through Tumblr that were then carefully placed onto banners.

These powerful sentences have been layered on top of abandoned buildings. Much like the title of the series, the quotes are heart-wrenching and memorable. This reflects the range of messages taken from diaries and text messages that were sent to Fulford.

Abandoned Love draws inspiration from Miranda July, Harrell Fletcher's Learning to Love You More set and Klaudija Visockytes Please Don't Leave Me pieces. This particular venture is standalone nonetheless due to its captivating selection of excerpts and bright colorful displays.
