'A Sign of the Times' Aims to Raise Awareness for Political Causes

A Sign of the Times is a photographic project that seeks to raise awareness and charitable funds for the current uncertain political and social climate in the United States.

The past year has seen significant changes, many negative, in the social and political fabric of the United States -- a fact which not only effects the country but the future of international politics and crises. A Sign of the Times aims to get people involved in social and political discourse in the country through photography -- with the photographer behind the project planning to travel to Standing Rock North Dakota and the planned Women's March in January. The project will also raise funds for various issues concerning LGBTQ rights, the rights of Natives, women's rights, healthcare and social injustice.

Using art and monetary means, this project seeks to help in the revolution against the corporate interests and human rights-threatening individuals and groups that hold the most power in the United States today.
