Now, artist Chen Changwei has broken tradition, reinventing the Chinese zodiac in a series of bizarre, surrealist busts in the tradition of pâte de cristal.

The crown jewel of the collection is the piece called “People Belong to Elephant” which is priced at $76,500 for the green coloured sculpture, and $38,500 for the orange coloured version.
