adidas Originals recently unveiled its latest Consortium selection featuring two sneaker designs -- the ZX 4000 4D and the ZX 500 RM shoes. The shoes are inspired by the Kelvin temperature scale and that concept is translated through the colorway effects. Both sneaker iteration showcases each opposing spectrum during the manufacturing process.
The 4D sneakers evoke a mechanical method with a more contemporary approach as its midsole is made at the nearly completely automated factory in Germany. The RM sneaker is carefully made by hand in a factory in order to really evoke a sense of traditional craftsmanship. The 4D sneakers are black and gray to represent the cold spectrum and the RM is brown and taupe to represent warmer hues. The sneaker selection are complete with soft heel cushioning and the signature Torsion system.
