Cyber Monday is real. A study of 500 working people revealed that fully 46% will shop while at work on Monday. Cyber Monday was coined to designate the Monday after Black Friday and kicks off the online shopping season. Implications - Online shopping is taking over the retail industry and because of this, many businesses are succeed and others are failing. The surge of Internet shoppers has had a huge impact on consumer purchasing patterns, so businesses should see this shift as an opportunity to strengthen their online brand to move more merchandise.
