The 25hours Hotel Bikini Berlin celebrates its 10-year milestone with a refreshed design by Studio Aisslinger, the same team that created its original playful concept. Instead of a complete overhaul, the renovation focused on enhancement. Beds in the Large Urban and Large Jungle rooms were repositioned to highlight views of Tiergarten or City West. Each space also gained what the designers call a wooden “library capsule,” reinforcing the hotel’s cozy and analog character.
Public areas were also given equal attention. A new Nomad Day Bar on the third floor now shifts into a wine lounge each evening, offering hammocks and a communal table that brings guests and locals together. Other updates include new lighting, sustainable materials like cork and rattan, and a 13-foot kilim carpet lamp by Moroso. Even bathroom fixtures were refurbished instead of replaced, a decision that reduced environmental impact while preserving the hotel’s unique spirit.
