22RE Transforms a Vaulted Factory into a Modern Workspace

The team at multidisciplinary firm 22RE has transformed a vaulted factory from the 50s into a modern workspace for a music branding agency. It is nestled in the former industrial zone Ceremony of Roses which hosts galleries, tech startups, and media firms nearby.

The designers worked together with Never Far Studios on the design to bring contemporary themes as a focus. The founder and principal of 22RE, Dean Levin shares, "We wanted to create these intimate spaces for the sessions between the musicians and the partners. There’s the comfort of being in a home.” There are details that nod to the town's roots of manufacturing while also bringing attention to the warm feeling of a residential space.
