A hybrid homage to the 2000 VW New Beetle Dune Concept and Beetle R-Line, the 2014 Volkswagen Beetle Dune Concept has stronger tires, a little bit of a body-lift, rocker panels, front-wheel-drive layout, a six-speed DSG dual-clutch automatic transmission and a 210-horsepower TSI turbocharged engine.
This new sporty Beetle with its adaptable design and functionality will look right at home in Sub-Saharan deserts or Australian surf havens.
