The 11 Howard Hotel in NYC Was Designed by Beyer Blinder Belle

The 11 Howard Hotel in New York City is a stunning design-led accommodations option located in a former post office. The gorgeous converted space features bespoke furniture designed by Space Copenhagen, with the project being the Danish studio's first in the United States.

The minimalist hotel boasts 221 rooms and opened in April 2016, while it is also notably the latest project of real estate maven Aby Rosen. Each room has an intimate feel ushered in by the selection of natural materials and a general sense of Scandinavian design approach.

In addition to the new 11 Howard Hotel in its former postal space, local architects Beyer Blinder Belle also renovated the Met Breuer. Space Copenhagen is a renowned Danish design studio known for its interior design of the world-famous NOMA restaurant in Copenhagen.
