Due to global warming or not, the weather has been and will continue to be a little bit wonky and unpredictable so it is important that people everywhere have their rain-ready cloaks on hand.
With the news continually littered with stories of extreme weather around the world, it is safe to say that slowly, the global climate is shifting. Seasons are blending into other seasons while some areas are receiving little rainfall. However, the weather could just as easily shift in the other direction, with areas seeing little moisture suddenly receiving more rain than normal.
