Either fortunately or unfortunately, these deliverable social innovations prove that people pay more attention to what they buy (and what it does for the world) when they are able to easily purchase it and don't have to do much to procure it. Better yet: if you don't have to leave your house at all, consider my credit card swiped!
As much as we can be facetious, deliverable social innovations are interesting because of the way they are urban-centered services that have multiplied in recent years. And when your company is based on delivery as a method, you must also think about how you're delivering. Do you have cyclists? Or are you guzzling tons of gas? Convenience isn't the only key -- you also have to think smart for the entire planet.
