Traditionally, ball gowns are the female fashion choice for a white-tie affair, and can be either full-length or ballerina length. These bell-shaped ball gowns are the frock of choice for Disney princesses, fairytale weddings, Quinceañera celebrations, and proms, but as you'll see below, ball gowns have found their place in other areas of pop culture as well.
