Holzrausch Studio completes the LOUI PARIS project

The design firm Holzrausch Studio has completed a residential project for a private townhouse located in a densely populated district of Paris.

The central design objective was to establish a tranquil and secluded living environment that contrasts with its vibrant urban context. This was achieved through a deliberately restrained material palette, primarily featuring oak wood, plaster, and stone. Holzrausch Studio placed an emphasis on built-in furniture and concealed appliances to maintain visual simplicity and eliminate clutter, as well. The custom-designed stircase also stands as a key architectural element in the private townhouse. The component also functions to channel natural light from a new skylight down through the home's multiple levels.

The private townhouse incorporates four bedrooms and bathrooms and features a private garden that facilitates a connection between the interior and exterior spaces.
