Island Fin Poké Co. Just Added a Vegan-Friendly Faux Ahi Tuna Bowl

Island Fin Poké Co. is expanding its plant-based offerings with the debut of a new vegan-friendly offering: the Faux Ahi Tuna Bowl.

Just as the name suggests, the new Faux Ahi Tuna Bowl offers the delicious taste of a tuna poké bowl, without the fish. Instead, the bowl features Island Fin’s plant-based version of ahi tuna, accompanied by your choice of white or brown rice or spring mix, along with edamame, corn, and sweet onions. The bowl is then finished with a drizzle of Island Fin’s signature marinating sauce, Wicked Wahine, and a topping of pineapple mango salsa, nori, cucumber, pickled veggies, tempura crisps, crispy garlic, and Ono Ono finishing sauce. As Mark Setterington, CEO and Founder of Island Fin Poké Co., says of the new offering, "This bowl was created because we want everyone dining with us to have an option that they love. This bowl will help people of all dietary preferences to enjoy healthy food that is unbelievably delicious,"
