The Cali glassware series is a set of stackable drinking glasses designed by Florian Seidl for Officina Endorfino. The collection is made from borosilicate glass and consists of multiple sizes engineered to nest vertically into one another. When stacked, the glasses align to form a single sculptural silhouette that resembles a traditional chalice. Each glass features smooth curvature, a rounded bowl, and a tapered base designed to maintain balance during use and storage.
Borosilicate glass was selected for its resistance to thermal shock, allowing the glasses to be used for both hot and cold beverages. The lightweight material also contributes to clarity and durability while preserving a refined drinking experience. The rim thickness and proportions were calibrated so that each size fits precisely into the next without friction. The Cali glassware series received a Platinum A’ Design Award, recognizing its material execution, stacking function, and suitability for everyday table use.
