Kopa.ai Raises €2 Million Seed for Its Kopa Co-pilot

Kopa.ai, a Vilnius-based startup, launched Kopa Co-pilot, an agentic AI platform designed to function as an operating system for e-commerce teams, featuring autonomous task execution and workflow orchestration across merchandising, marketing and business operations. The company also announced a €2 million seed round co-led by XTX Ventures and Practica Capital to support platform development and international growth.

The platform integrates with merchants’ existing technology stacks and uses specialized AI agents to analyze business data, generate recommendations and execute actions across products, campaigns, inventory and customer operations. Kopa.ai said the new funding will be used to expand its engineering team, strengthen its AI infrastructure and accelerate customer acquisition efforts.

For e-commerce teams, the platform aims to reduce manual coordination and operational complexity by enabling AI agents to manage routine decisions and workflows. The launch reflects a broader shift toward agentic AI systems that move beyond recommendations to execute business tasks directly within commerce environments.
