The Askinosie Chocolate Zeke Bar has been created in collaboration between the chocolatier and healthcare policy expert Zeke Emanuel as a sweet treat perfect for satisfying chocolate cravings in a decidedly mindful way.

The chocolate bar is limited-edition and boasts a 65% dark chocolate base, which is infused with tart cherries to give it a sweet yet textural profile. The product features Trinitario cocoa beans sourced from farmer partners in Mababu, Tanzania and Davao, Philippines to give it a rich, complex flavor profile.

The Askinosie Chocolate Zeke Bar is also reported to have notes of fudge, caramel and cherry, while also being vegan-friendly, certified Kosher and gluten-free. The bar is available now directly from the brand for $15 and comes in 85-gram bars.
