The Yellow Sunshine products are a series of new plant-based food items created by the Co-Foudners of New Rotos Alice Fauconnet and Freddy Hunziker that put a focus on the future of food. The product range consists of food items crafted with fermented lupin protein, which does double duty to elevate the plant-based protein of the recipes and also provide environmental benefits. The nutrient-dense products consist of three lupin protein blocks in three flavors including Garlic & Herbs, Plain and Pepper & Paprika, which are ready for use in a variety of recipes right out of the pack.
