Solar Foods and Sensapure Flavors Partnered for a New Product

Solar Foods and Sensapure Flavors have announced a new partnership that will see new protein product concepts created that put Solein protein in focus. The products will come in the form of ready-to-mix and ready-to-drink beverages that are targeted towards the preferences of consumers in the US given the popularity of protein-driven diets in the market. The products will maintain a high level of protein with no sugar in the mix and will make their debut at the IFT FIRST conference taking place in Chicago from July 13 to 16, 2025.

Chief Sales Officer of Solar Foods Juan Benitez-Garcia spoke on the Solar Foods and Sensapure Flavors partnership saying, "Taste is crucial in consumer products, and this partnership allows us to better understand flavor preferences in the US, the largest protein-consuming market in the world. These product concepts can also serve as a tool for customers to innovate with Solein.”
