Genesis introduces the X Convertible concept that highlights EV design features that are drawn from the previous Genesis X and X Speedium Coupe cars. It shares the same electric powertrain and architecture of the previous models differentiating at the golding hardtop roof, which is applied to have a touch of 'design purity.' It gets rid of the bulky fender and front end replacing them with a more clean and subtle look with longer lines.
This length is further exaggerated by the short front overhanging to create a nose that protrudes slightly. It has trianglar-shaped headlights that are seen from the X Speedium, followed by the double taillights. The roof has an integrated moonroof and drivers are able to see the stars even with it closed.
