Japanese Told to Work Less; Sex More

Japan’s government is asking employers to give workers time off for good sex. Married Japanese couples have sex about 45 times a year, about half the global average. Japanese babies are rare and the government wants that to change. The labor ministry wants companies to exempt employees with small kids from overtime, and give them six hour days.

"It’s a question of work-life balance," said the head of the Japan Family Planning Association. "The people who run companies need to do something about it."
