Starbucks recently expanded its menu with two warming winter lattes. Although Starbucks just surprised consumers with its new Valentine's day drinks, its seems that the global coffee chain has even more tasty treats up its sleeve.
The latest additions to the Starbucks menu are the Smoked Butterscotch Latte and the Teavana Citrus Green Tea Latte. The former is an espresso-based beverage made from smoked butterscotch sauce and butterscotch sugar, while the latter is a lemon-flavored take on the brand's original Green Tea Latte. Both drinks were developed at the Starbucks Reserve Roastery and Tasting Room in Seattle where they proved so popular that they have been rolled out across the US and Canada.
The winter lattes are perfect for filling the void left by the disappearance of the chocolate-rich Valentine's Day drink menu.
