Parfetts Introduced Wholepal as Its Product Data Management System

Parfetts introduced Wholepal, a product data management system designed to streamline product onboarding for suppliers and retailers through a centralized submission interface. The employee-owned wholesaler adopted Wholepal as the mandatory channel for all new product submissions and data updates, replacing paper forms and email chains with a single source of product information.

Wholepal is being introduced across Parfetts to improve data quality, reduce unnecessary administration and help new products become available more quickly. Suppliers can use the system to submit and update product listings through a consistent digital process, supporting clearer information management across the business. The launch forms part of Parfetts’ wider investment in digital technology as it strengthens supplier relationships and prepares to operate independently following its departure from Unitas.

For retailers and suppliers, centralized product data can reduce administrative friction and accelerate listing timelines. The rollout reflects a broader wholesale trend toward data-first supplier workflows that improve product visibility and speed to market.
