Zotter Chocolate's White Chocolate Disc Features Turmeric at Its Center

Zotter Chocolate showed off a white chocolate disc at the most recent Winter Fancy Food Show that offers a flavorful way for consumers to indulge in a chocolate treat, while also receiving the benefits of a powerful spice.

The White Rice + Turmeric disc is said to be made of a "white chocolate of purely vegetal origin, which is based on a rice drink." As such, the white chocolate is free from milk and the product is vegan-friendly. At its center, the white chocolate disc features a circle of turmeric, a spice from Ayurvedic medicine that boasts a distinctive bright yellow color.
