For Halloween This Year, the Reject Shop Partnered with HeartKids

As the industry pushes for inclusivity, products that accommodate children with certain needs arise -- the wonderfully whimsical and highly detailed wheelchair costumes by Australian retailer The Reject Shop, in partnership with national charity HeartKids.

The wheelchair costumes were released ahead of Halloween in October. The companies offered them in two styles -- one was a pirate ship and the other, a princess carriage. The Halloween disguise is attached to the wheelchair through velcro straps. There is some room for adjustment as The Reject Shop designs the costumes to fit a variety of sizes.

In addition to being inclusive and incredibly majestic, the wheelchair costumes are made to be quite affordable, as well. Consumers can purchase them for $49 USD a pop.
