Breakside Brewery, which is based in northeast Portland, has announced the launch of a delectable new wheat beer called 'Breakside White.'
This refreshing new wheat beer appears to be a modernized take on witbier, a truly classic style that is venerated for its orange-like characteristics, not to mention the distinct use of coriander that adds an added layer of flavor that is at once complex and welcoming.
The 'Breakside White' wheat beer makes use of Hersbrucker, Mt. Hood and Sterling varieties. As far as the flavor profile is concerned, this brew offers the expected orange and coriander notes along with a spicy tang and a recognizable lemon pepper foundation.
