Bobby Berk Turns Two Palm Desert Estates into Camena Collective

Bobby Berk is expanding group hospitality with Camena Collective, a private-estate stay brand opening in Palm Desert, California, with Casa Tierra and Casa Mallorca. The two properties are built for wellness retreats, weddings and other group bookings, with planning shaped around each stay instead of a preset program calendar.

At Casa Tierra, an 1,800-square-foot yoga and meditation deck gives retreat groups a dedicated outdoor space for sessions without leaving the estate. Casa Mallorca accommodates up to 22 overnight guests, which lets larger parties keep lodging, meals and activities in one place.

In Palm Desert, the two-estate setup turns one booking into a flexible event base for retreat organizers, wedding planners and companies staging private off-sites. Custom programming and full-property buyouts widen the private-rental model into something closer to boutique hospitality, while keeping a group together on a single property.
