To promote this cutting-edge conference, the University of Waterloo debuted a recap video that discusses how the event is pushing to revolutionize health care through technology. In the video, viewers are shown clips of prominent academics speaking to the importance of deep research without immediate implications.
In addition to the intriguing video, the Waterloo Innovation Summit also promoted the content through the University's Twitter, LinkedIn, and e-newsletters using the hashtag #UWaterlooBeyond. Attendees, keynote speakers, and guests were encouraged to use the branded hashtag while sharing conference-related content on social media.
