Each bag of Goodfish’s Wasabi Ginger salmon protein chip boasts 10g of protein, 80 calories, contains zero carbs, and has 2600mg of natural marine collagen. Goodfish uses the skins of wild Alaskan salmon caught in Bristol Bay to create their crispy seafood snacks. Since fish skin is often discarded, Goodfish makes an effort to bring value to an otherwise discarded part of the fish.
