Bonchon, a restaurant that's known for its Korean fried chicken, is sharing limited-edition cucumber wasabi dips exclusively on National Chicken Wing Day. The special Cucumber Wasabi Ranch dipping sauce will be free to enjoy with all orders of fried chicken, including wings, drums, boneless wings and strips, while supplies last at hundreds of locations across the United States.
The limited-edition sauce was first introduced in 2020 as the brand's first-ever dipping sauce in its nearly 20-year history. As Bonchon reports, "Both our guests and our franchise partners loved it so much in 2020 that we saw an increase in sales on National Chicken Wing Day of over 18% vs. the prior year."
The special sauce combines the cooling taste and creamy texture of ranch, the refreshment of cucumber and a slightly spicy kick from wasabi.
