Zeroth’s W1 Highlights Autonomous Navigation and Conveyance

Zeroth’s W1 is a wheel-based autonomous robot unveiled at CES 2026 that emphasizes practical movement and environmental interaction in domestic spaces. Standing about 22.6 inches tall with dual tread locomotion, the W1 uses lidar, RGB cameras, and onboard sensors to navigate complex terrain such as grass, pavement, and gravel while avoiding obstacles. It can transport loads up to 110 pounds, follow a user through a residence, and capture images with its integrated 13-megapixel camera, positioning itself as a multifunctional assistant beyond stationary voice devices.

Developed by Zeroth Robotics, the robot’s design draws visual inspiration from popular culture to enhance emotional connection, and its underlying “Technology DNA” platform is intended to support future software updates and expanded behaviors. The W1’s feature set includes object transport, game hosting, and room-to-room mobility, with preorder availability expected in the first quarter of 2026.
