The Virgin Holidays' V-Room is re-imagining the concept of travel agencies, by using tech and contemporary design to entice consumers to travel.
This space's inviting design serves up a variety of amenities, like champagne, coffee and juice and offers places for a consumer to sit back and ponder potential travel destinations. In addition, the brand has developed an immersive VR experience which transports consumers to various locations. Some of these locations include places one might not consider a potential travel destination and offers a more realistic glimpse at various global destinations.
In an effort to ensure complete transparency, the interior of the V-Room comes equipped with a replica of the airplanes seats, enabling a consumer to try before they buy.
