Casa 100 Arquitetura Designs a Very Tiny Apartment for a Home Owner

Given that this isn't the owner's primary living quarters, Casa 100 Arquitetura's use of space for the design of this very tiny apartment is still impressive. The Brazilian architecture firm was challenged with developing a second home in São Paulo for its Rio de Janeiro-based client. Spanning a mere 24 square meters, Casa 100 Arquitetura delivered a cost-effective design that embraced only the necessities for living.

While a dotted glass panel allows the room to be illuminated by natural light, the installed perforated sliding doors "change up the feel of the space." The firm worked on creating smart storage systems that would save space yet still manage to not clutter the minimalist aesthetic of the very tiny apartment.
