The RioCan Living development was created by the architects at Turner Fleischer, while the interior spaces were made by DesignAgency.
The building promises to appeal to young urban dwellers with a fitness center, a yoga and meditation studio, a pet spa, party toom and cocktail lounge, along with other indoor and outdoor spaces. Thanks to an audio-recording studio for podcasts and other content, as well as a video-recording studio, the young content creators who live in the space won't have to venture far from home in order to create high-quality materials.
