Vegan Sea Salt Caramels

Purdys' Vegan Hawaiian Black Salt Caramels are Rich & Plant-Based

Purdys Chocolatier is offering even more choice to plant-based consumers and chocolate lovers with its newest vegan sea salt caramels. The Vegan Hawaiian Black Salt Caramel expands the Canadian chocolatier's portfolio of plant-based chocolates based on the popular (and non-vegan) Himalayan Pink Salt Caramels, a best-selling flavor.

This indulgent vegan treat shares the taste of ingredients like chewy caramel and a sprinkling of Hawaiian Black Salt, which is prepared by harvesting sea salt from waters surrounding Hawaiian islands and then infusing it with activated coconut shell charcoal, giving it a unique black color and smoky flavor.

This new plant-based confection joins other releases from Purdys like the Vegan Sweet Georgia Browns. Kriston Dean, VP Sales & Marketing, said "We just knew that by crafting more plant-based versions of our bestselling classics, the joy of Purdys can reach more people than ever before."
