There were over 2,000 entries for this year's Innovation Award from Anuga Food Tec, but Fry’s Family Food Co.'s Flaxseed Schnitzel was selected as the winner. This recognition from a leading global trade fair signals how plant-based meat alternatives are challenging traditional meat products.
