Plant-Based Boiled Eggs

Wundereggs Releases New Vegan Hard-Boiled Eggs

Wundereggs has broken into the plant-based market by launching its own unique, vegan hard-boiled eggs. Sold in a pack of two, these eggs are created using an innovative pressurized system that combines water, almonds, probiotics, coconut milk, cashews, and other ingredients to replicate the taste and shape of a regular hardboiled egg.

If stored in a refrigerator, the eggs have a shelf life of between 90 and 120 days, making them easy to buy in bulk. The Wunderegg's 'white' is made of plant-based ingredients such as nuts and agar, while the 'yolk' contains turmeric, black salt, and nuts.

These vegan-friendly eggs contain about the same amount of fat and calories as a traditional egg, minus the cholesterol. Because of this, they are also present a healthier option for anyone – vegan or not – who is looking to control their cholesterol levels while still enjoying this superfood.
