The Vapeur Lamp looks like a hot air balloon. That, or an inflated retro ice bag. Either way, it is not a person's typical light fixture. Made out of pleated Tyvek, a strong material often used in more industrial situations due to its water vapor breathability, the Vapeur Lamp has a sweet silhouette and a stylish aesthetic. It is finished with a metal base.
Designed by Inga Sempé for Moustache Paris, the Vapeur Lamp come in various colors and patterns, which will suit the existing decor of many different homes. It is also available in three models: two sizes of table lamps and one hanging fixture.
The Vapeur Lamp is set to make its debut at Maison & Objet this weekend in Paris, France.
