Powered by the URWERK 12.02 movement, the watch uses a series of three pyramids to display the hours, which will hide and show themselves throughout the day.
The URWERK UR-100V Ultraviolet timepiece conveys the actual time, but also keeps track of astrological complications to keep time in the universal sense within view. This is done by showing the 555km that the Earth rotates on its axis along with the distance the Earth travels in its orbit every 20-minutes (35,740km).
