Tony Conigliaro and the Drink Factory team opened the Untitled Bar in London, England -- a Japanese-inspired tapas bar made in collaboration with executive chef Rob Roy.
The large outdoor space was made to resemble the gravel gardens of Japan, created to look like a pool of light that reflects white during the day while glowing with an artificial moon at night. With a covered platform to connect the back of the restaurant to the new garden, the space flows seamlessly. The menu features cutting-edge cocktails including the Waif, Snow, Gonzo and the Ghost, with names as stark as the minimal interior.
The Untitled Bar takes cues from Andy Warhol's Silver Factory, mixing the modern design aspects into the menu to create a unique dining experience.
