Hershey Collaborated with ADT to Create "Unstealable" Chocolate Bars

Many chocolate lovers have had the unfortunate experience of their prized treats mysteriously vanishing, and to better protect "Barra Lovers" in Brazil, Hershey's and ADT Security Solution created Unstealable Chocolate.

The Unstealable Chocolate Bars incorporate Bluetooth technology and an exclusive monitoring system so that every time the chocolate bar moves away from its owner, a notification is triggered to alert suspicious activity. The Bluetooth tags integrated into the packaging share playful messages like: "Your bar is in danger—looks like you’re not the only Barra Lover nearby."

This unexpected collab marks the first time a security system was designed to monitor a chocolate bar, all while reinforcing the strong love between chocolate lovers and their Hershey's bars. The Unstealable Chocolate Bars will be available in a special edition of Hershey's premium Special Dark line.
